The Arktis Extended Neck Lightweight Turnout Blanket has 100 grams of poly fiber fill inside, a tough, waterproof and breathable 1200 denier polyester outer fabric and is fully lined with a coat-friendly smooth poly taffeta lining. It’s well suited for moderate days outside or mild evenings in the barn. The extended neck design acts like a shawl, as it goes over the withers and partially up the neck. This helps guard against wind and drafts and eliminates the need for an additional neck cover piece. An extra-large gusseted tail flap and the extended drop length add further protection against wind and other elements.

They’ve made the Arktis Extended Neck Lightweight Turnout Blanket with a more generous cut through the shoulders to accommodate a greater variety of body types. This combined with a large, gusseted shoulder allow your horse to move and play freely and comfortably. Adjustable quick release buckle and snap front closure can be customized up to four inches. Set it once and then use the quick snaps which are easy to use, even with gloves. The adjustable leg straps have 4 inches of elastic insert for comfort and mobility.
