Description

The Korsteel Dr. Bristol Eggbut Bit is a classic double jointed bit with an angled center link which applies a sharper pressure to the tongue. Unlike the french link, the Dr. Bristol is not approved for dressage as it is a more severe bit than the french link or lozenge bits. Being a three piece bit, it does still apply equal pressure across the lips, bars and tongue and avoids contact with the roof of the mouth. This bit would be a good choice for those who need just a little more control than most double jointed bits provide.
